Global Prep Academy is a Pre K - 8 Dual Language Elementary housed within IPS Riverside #44.
The diversity and culture that exists in the corridors of GPA characterizes us, thus having personnel from more than 17 countries.
Students, teachers, and staff are hearing and speaking two languages throughout the day, working daily to become bilingual.
Our Mission
Global Preparatory Academy develops compassionate global leaders through a rigorous education program that focuses on hands-on, cultural and Spanish immersion learning opportunities.
GPA works to ensure every student reaches their highest potential, and focuses on parent and community engagement to achieve this goal.
Global Prep has a culturally inclusive student-centered approach and a deep belief that every student can succeed given the tools that they need.
The Global Prep Way
70 % of our students are from district 5, learning in two languages (Spanish and English), a rigorous and culturally relevant curriculum based on state standards, high expectations for academic and social success, extended day and enrichment opportunities after school.
See how these children express themselves in two languages.
